2. Refund Eligibility

- The purchase must be your first purchase.
- Fewer than 5 AI video generation, image-to-video, image generation, or other AI processing jobs must have been submitted through your account.
- At least 90% of the purchased credits must remain unused.
- You must not have violated the Gemini Omni Terms of Service, content rules, or other applicable policies.
- Your account must not show signs of bulk registration, account sharing, refund abuse, abnormal usage, or other conduct that could affect service fairness.
If your account has already used a significant amount of credits, submitted many generation tasks, or otherwise substantially consumed the purchased service, we may be unable to approve a refund.
3. Situations Where Refunds Are Generally Not Available
Refunds are generally not available in the following circumstances:
- The refund request is submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date.
- The account has already reached or exceeded the refund task limit.
- More than 10% of the purchased credits have been used.
- The purchase was not your first purchase, or it relates to a renewal, repeat purchase, or additional credits.
- The request is based on personal preference, dissatisfaction with prompt results, or the need to try multiple prompts or settings.
- The issue was caused by your device, browser, network environment, third-party service, or payment channel rather than by our service.
- There has been a violation of the Terms of Service, improper content generation, malicious registration, bulk abuse, account sharing, or other abnormal activity.
- Other circumstances in which applicable law allows us to refuse a refund.
AI-generated results can vary depending on prompts, reference media, model capabilities, generation settings, and content safety rules. We do not guarantee that every result will match your personal expectations, so we encourage you to review the service features and limitations before you make a purchase.

Please make sure your refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase. We may ask for additional information to verify your account, order, and usage history.
5. Review and Processing of Refund Requests
Once we receive your request, we will review it based on your account status, order history, credit usage, number of AI processing tasks, compliance with our Terms of Service, and applicable law.
If a refund is approved, we will generally issue it back through the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear may depend on your payment provider, bank, or financial institution.
If a refund request is not approved, we will try to explain the main reason. You may still be able to continue using any subscription benefits, credits, or services that remain valid on your account.
6. Canceling a Subscription Is Not the Same as Receiving a Refund
Canceling a subscription does not automatically mean you are entitled to a refund.
If you cancel your Gemini Omni subscription, this generally means that automatic renewal will stop at the end of the current billing cycle. Unless this Refund Policy or applicable law says otherwise, fees already paid for the current billing period are generally not refunded automatically.

If the refund relates to content that has already been generated, downloaded, or saved, you must still comply with the Gemini Omni Terms of Service, intellectual property rules, and applicable law.
